I had my first Myofascial release and massage today. I didn’t know what to expect but Joanna was really nice and explained everything well. After 7 months of neck pain, I am hoping this will help long term so I will be returning for several sessions.
It’s already made such a difference, not just for my neck but my whole body and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet.
I do highly recommend Joanna, she is amazing and so knowledgeable, her clinic is in a great location and a very clean and relaxing environment.

Joanna is very knowledgeable and highly experienced - brilliant at tracing the root causes of pain and stress in the body. Equally important - she is by nature an instinctively caring person a natural “healer”. She also offers a variety of treatments depending on your current needs.
My husband and I go to her regularly and always feel the benefit, physically and mentally, an oasis of calm care in busy lives.
    Highly recommended.

Joanna is an amazing therapist. I’ve had a long history of sporting injuries and seen many physios over the years. This, coupled with a spine fusion I had in 2009, she was quickly able to pinpoint key issues within my body that related to muscle and nerve tension. After only two sessions my mobility has increased, my pain has decreased, I’m sleeping better and with more treatments I’m extremely confident my continuing injury issues will subside and I can return to doing the things I want to. Thanks Joanna, you are one of a kind.
